There are no activity requirements for members of the org. If you become an Officer, you are expected to be at events, but not required. Admirals, Commanders, and Lieutenants are event organizers. 

You cannot rank up in the org if you do not have us set as your primary org.

Achieved after 10 total org event attendances

Specialist (SPC) ✯✯

Achieved after 20 total org event attendances (including the 10 from Technician)

Lieutenant (LT) ✯✯✯

First Officer rank, granted to Specialists who have proven leadership capability and willingness to lead. LTs can initiate Impromptu events.

Commander (CDR) ✯✯✯✯

Second Officer rank, granted to LTs who can command larger missions, and are very familiar with org policy and vision.
