1. We respect your time. Scheduled events are posted multiple days in advance, and we have short meetings when we deem meeting necessary.

2. Having fun! It’s a game, not work. However, if work is fun for you, that’s fine too.

3. Fair play: respect, friendship, team spirit

4. Inclusion: no one gets left behind, or left out.

5. Providing gameplay in Star Citizen that showcases group coordination and cooperation

6. Social equity for players from all locations and walks of life

7. Equal and fair opportunity for advancement

8. Justice - Honor and reward for the honorable, no mercy for those who enjoy ruining others’ fun

WHAT WE WILL NOT STAND FOR

1.  PvP Griefing: Unlawful non-consensual PvP with the intent to kill targets, especially new players.

2.  Trolling: spreading rumors or starting conversations in order to cause confusion, anger others, or cause rifts between two parties

3.  Bigotry & Vitriolic Speech (including but not limited to racist, sexist/misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, and ableist language / rhetoric)

4.  Disrespectful / childish speech or behavior, especially towards administrators and moderators
